Do I need an appointment?: No. Big T's is first come, first washed.
What can you wash?: Trucks, trailers, cars, SUVs, minivans, buses, RVs, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, fleet vehicles and more.
Can I bring my car or minivan?: Absolutely. Big T's isn't just for big rigs. Cars, SUVs, minivans and other personal vehicles are welcome too. Big or small, we wash 'em all.
How much does a wash cost?: Pricing varies by vehicle, equipment and wash time. Self wash is based on time used on the timer; We-Wash depends on the size and type of vehicle or rig.
Do you have self-wash bays?: Yes. Big T's has two self-wash bays.
Do you offer a staffed wash?: Yes. Bay 3 is our We-Wash bay.
Can I pay by card?: Big T's uses Nayax payment technology and supports the payment methods available at the wash.
Can I get a receipt?: Yes. Digital receipts are provided through our Nayax payment system.
Can I create a customer account?: Big T's is building an online customer portal powered by our Nayax system for wash cards, balances, purchases and account management.
Can fleets use Big T's?: Yes. Contact us about fleet and commercial washing.
